At CyberStock, we want you to be happy with your results. Because our product is a digital service (and we incur processing and infrastructure costs as soon as you use it), refunds are limited and governed by the rules below.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- You are eligible if you did not use the product after purchase (no sessions processed and no meaningful credit consumption).
- You are also eligible if you tried the product once (1 session) and are not satisfied with the results.
Requesting a Refund
Contact us at support [at] cyberstock [dot] lol within 30 days of purchase. Please include the email on your account, the purchase (plan name or credit pack), and whether you used 0 sessions or 1 session.
Not Eligible
- Buyer’s change of mind.
- More than 1 session processed after purchase.
- Usage of significant credits after purchase.
- Refund requests submitted after 30 days from purchase.
- Annual subscription term disputes where access was delivered and used.
