Which file types are supported?
CyberStock supports photos, videos, and vectors. Photos: JPG/JPEG, PNG, WEBP (TIFF on paid plans). Videos: MP4/MOV (plus MKV/AVI on Pro+). Vectors: SVG (plus PDF on Starter+ and EPS/AI on Pro+). Exact format availability and file size limits depend on your plan.
Is it really 1 file = 1 credit?
Yes. CyberStock uses 1 credit per file to generate metadata (title + description + keywords). If you choose to push that file via CyberPusher, it costs 1 additional credit per file—no matter how many platforms you select.
Can I export metadata?
Yes. Export as CSV or embed to images (XMP) for Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, and more.
What plans are available?
Free, Starter, Pro, Business, and Unlimited. Each includes metadata credits, batch limits, and access to the metadata API.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel in your account settings.
Do credits expire?
Credits typically roll over for your active subscription. After cancellation, unused credits may expire per terms.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your content is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not share your images; metadata logs are protected.
